Description & Ingredients
Ingredients for a 28 cm cake mold :
2 PGI Morteau sausages cooked in advance
4 eggs
340 grs of flour type T55 (+ 20 grs for the mold)
260 grs of heavy cream
12 grams of baking powder
70 grs of shelled pistachios
Preparation :
1 - Preheat your oven to 180 ° c
2 - Preparation of the dough : Beat together cream and eggs with a little seasoning until combined.
Add everything to the flour and baking powder, forming a well. When the appliance is homogeneous, add the pistachios.
3 - Preparation of pre-cooked Morteau Sausages (refer to the package instructions, i.e. approx. 30 min in still simmering water to cook them through)
Cut the cooked sausages very lightly to remove the starts and so that they cover the entire length of your mold.
4 - Assembly Butter then flour the mold so that the preparation turns out easily after cooking. Place a first layer of dough then add the sausages before covering them with the rest of your preparation.
Bake in a hot oven for about 45 minutes.
