Ingredients: 1 Montbéliard sausage, 1 zucchini, 150 g of goat cheese in log, 3 eggs, 25 cl of fresh cream, thyme, olive oil, pepper and salt

 

Preparation:

Step 1 Preheat your oven to 180°.
Step 2 In simmering water, cook the Morteau sausage for about 30 minutes. Step 3 Cut the zucchini into slices, then brown them in a hot pan with olive oil.
Step 4 Cut the goat log into rounds, as well as the Montbéliard sausage.
Step 5 In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the cream and pepper.
