Made with 100% natural ingredients, fine salt without nitrite, French pork meat and without added sugar or preservatives other than natural! 

Lardons Paysans offer you the true taste of a high quality charcuterie. Our regional recipe and their slow smoking in beech wood give them their typical taste. 

They are ready to be cooked: fry in a pan, for example, without adding fat, for about 5 minutes until the juices caramelise. An infinite number of uses, hot or cold, thanks to their uniform and regular cut: salads, omelettes, quiches, pizza, pasta, raclette, etc.

Philippe WAGNER's recipe tip: For a slice of bread - cut a slice of bread about 1 cm thick. In a bowl, mix a good spoonful of fresh cream with a little mustard. Spread the mixture on the bread and add the bacon and grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 8-10 min max at Th6 (180°c). Serve warm with a green salad for example !
